Deadline of Abstract Submission
The deadline for submission is April 30, 2019. All abstracts are in Word format and are submitted online. Please use the template provided at the end of this paragraph, and upload it using a file-name that makes use of the words “abstract” and your full name, e.g., “abstract_name_surname”.
Oral Presentations
Keynote speakers are allotted 40 minutes for their presentations, questions and answers. All other speakers are allotted 20 minutes. Please bring any pdf slides that you may use on a USB memory stick to upload it on the PC in the session room, no later than 15 minutes prior to your session.
Poster Presentations
Each author should provide one poster board 95 cm across (3 ft 1.4 inches) and 114 cm high (3 ft 8.9 inches). We recommend the standard poster A0 size (portrait) for your posters. Posters are to be set-up during the conference at any time before the beginning of the poster session and presenters must be available during the poster session. Posters MUST be taken off from the poster board before the end of the conference (DO NOT abandon your poster).
